The CONTENS module Job Offers provides convenient management of job advertisements. This includes the easy enter of the office locations, job types (practical training, executive position...), job assignments, and, of course, the job specifications as such. The employee in charge of recruitment benefits from convenient functions like the targeted search for jobs by way of their ID and the easy-to-handle time scheduling of job offers (publication from when to when).
The advertised jobs can be searched, filtered and displayed on the website by using a detailed search form. Direct application for a job is possible at any time via a correspondingly linked form.
The application data can optionally be directly transferred to the personnel management(HRM) system, to the CONTENS application data base or can be sent to the person in charge via email. Additionally, it is also possible to forward the data onto external job portals.
