Absence Planner

Every employee can access the Absence Planner (on the intranet, for example) and enter the dates when they will not be in the office. They can choose between different categories of absence, such as vacation, customer visits or trade shows. A free-text field also allows more details to be added for each entry.

During customizing, the Absence Planner can, for instance, be configured to show or hide detailed entries. It is also possible to authorize certain user groups (such as team assistants) to make entries on behalf of other user groups (such as managerial staff).
